Agreement
By accessing founderscfo.org or engaging Founders' CFO services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.
Services
Founders' CFO provides advisory and fractional CFO services to startups and SMEs. Engagement scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in a separate proposal or service agreement before work begins.
Payments
Fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Invoices are due as stated in the engagement agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and frameworks — is the property of Founders' CFO and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our advisory services are guidance-based. Final business and financial decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our recommendations.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
